ON-SITE TREATMENT

A Soft Tissue Centre Provider treats all injured workers on-site. Treatment is delivered weekly or twice weekly depending on injury management needs.

PHYSICAL RISK SCREENING

  • Complete medical history and function-based physical examination
  • Job recommendation and written report
  • High-risk job applicants are identified to ensure that you hire only those candidates well suited to the industry
  • Successful applicants are placed in a position appropriate to their physical capability

REPORTING

Following treatment there is a detailed debrief between the Provider and representatives from the client. At this time all cases are discussed and “red flags” addressed.  Individual patient injury reports and weekly summary reports provide detailed information on who is injured, diagnosis, method of injury, prognosis, treatment plan, and return to work management.

RISK MANAGEMENT

At the outset we will review your workers’ compensation data to determine patterns and trends in injury rates. This will help to build an understanding of the greatest areas of risk, to set specific goals, and review the outcomes on a quarterly and annual basis.

BENCHMARKING

We will review your workers’ compensation data to determine your baseline figures, set specific goals, and benchmark your results on a quarterly and annual basis.

TRAINING

Research has shown that fifty percent of the eventual long-term outcome of an injury depends on how the supervisor responds to the injured worker. As supervisors play such a key role in on-site treatment, appropriate training in provided.
